Cut an inch and a half wide chunk. Then run the knife a three quarter inch border around the chunk cutting butterfly fashion. Till you get a long continuous strip. Add onion powder, salt, and pepper. Lay on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper. Leave in oven 6 hours.

Smoked Beef Tenderloin with Coffe Ingredients   Rub/Marinade 2 tbsp  brown sugar 1/2 tbsp  coarse salt, sea salt 1/4 tsp  chili powder 1 tbsp  garlic powder, or 5-6 cloves diced 2 tbsp  ground coffee, or instant coffee, espresso powder 1/2 tbsp  onion powder or 1/4cup of minced white onion 1 tbsp  red pepper flake 1 1/2 tbsp  Hungarian paprika 2 tbsp  worcestershire sauce Meat 3 lb  Beef Tenderloin, Roast Beef apple or pecan wood chips, dry olive oil Steps Mix all the dry ingredients together, except the Worcestershire sauce, and rub all over the tenderloin till completely covered. Marinate covered in refrigerator for 4-6 hours, or for more flavor marinate over night. Preheat oven to 500°F. Easy Greek Pork Tenderloin

Greek Pork Tenderloin High protein meals leave you feeling fuller longer on a DIET. This is tasty enough.. Ingredients  4-serving 1 kg  pork tenderloin (about four) / 36 oz . 6 tablespoons  Greek yogurt low fat (0%) 2 tablespoons  lime juice 1 tablespoon  garlic salt ground and 2 teaspoons  coriander ground 1 teaspoon  oregano 1 teaspoon  black pepper ground Steps Pre-heat an oven 260oC / 500oF / Gas Mark 10. Mix the yoghurt with the seasonings, spices and lime juice and thoroughly cover the tenderloin. Place on a gridded baking tray in the oven for 10 minutes. Make sure you spread the tenderloins with room for air to circulate around them. Turn the oven down (to 180oC / 350oF / Gas Mark 4) and continue roasting for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and carve into slices. Rest for 5 minutes under a foil tent before serving.

Tenderloin Steak with grape sauce Ingredients 1  good piece of tenderloin steak(preferably veal) Plenty of salt Plenty of black pepper Broccoli and cauliflower 2-3 slices  ginger 4 tbsp  butter 2 cloves  garlic Sauce 2 tbsp  brown sugar 1/2 cup  grape juice 3/4 cup  chicken stock 2 tbsp  butter 2 tbsp  canola oil 2 slices  ginger Double baked potato 1  Potato Chives Salt and pepper 1 tbsp  butter Steps Poke a few whole in your potato and wrap it in aluminium foil.     Set it in oven at 180’c for 45min     Once potatoes are out of oven, cut em in half and scoop out the potato in cup, such that potato retains a cup or bowl like shape. Now mash the scooped out goods of potato and add chives, salt, pepper, butter and cheddar cheese. Fill this mixture in a piping bag and shape it out in the bowl like potato. Easy Beef Tenderloin

Beef Tenderloin Ingredients 4 1/2-5 pounds  filet of beef or beef tenderloin whole. Marinade: 1/2 cup  soy sauce 1/2 cup  honey 2 tbs  chopped ginger 1/4 cup  balsamic vinegar 1/3 cup  dry red wine 2 tbs  black pepper 2 tbs  chopped garlich 3 tbs  cornstarch 1  bay leaf Steps Combine all marinade ingredients in heavy saucepan; mix well.     Bring just to boiling point.     Remove from heat and allow to cool.     Place beef in glass, enamel, or stainless steel pan.     Pour cooled marinade over beef and cover.     Allow to marinate over night.     Remove from fridge several hours before roasting.     Preheat oven to 450°F.     Place meat in shallow baking pan and pour marinade over it. (I leave it in the shallow dish in which it marinated overnight.)     Roast for 20 minutes, basting with marinate from time to time.     Reduce heat to 350°F...

Easy Beef Tenderloin

Beef Tenderloin Ingredients 3-6 lbs  Beef tenderloin 1/2 cup  melted butter 1/4 cup  low sodium soy sauce 2-4 cloves  garlic crushed or chopped 1/4 tsp  Black pepper Steps Remove beef from refrigerator 60 to 90 minutes before starting to roast. This brings beef to room temperature. Place in roasting pan lined with foil.     Mix melted butter, soy sauce, garlic and black pepper. Pour mixture over roast turning in pan to coat.     Preheat oven to 425     Roast 10-13 minutes per pound for medium rare. 140 degrees on instant read thermometer. Baste with pan drippings 2 times during roasting.     Remove from oven. Cover with foil. Let rest for 15 minutes.     Carve as desired.

Easy Stir Fry Beef

Easy Stir Fry Beef Ingredients 300 grams  beef steak Assorted bell peppers and carrots 1  medium onion 2 cloves  garlic to taste  Salt, pepper, Steps Cut your beef steak into strips     Brown them in a pan with a little oil till all the water drains     Set aside and saute your onion and garlic in the same pan. Let them cook till translucent.     Add in your assorted vegetables and carrots. Give it a good stir.     Add in your meat pieces and spices at this point. Let the meat fully cook. Keep stirring and cook on low to medium flame to prevent if from sticking.     About 10 minutes later, your meal should be ready. Serve with rice, pasta or wherever you fancy

Easy Simple Roast Beef

Simple Roast Beef  Ingredients Roast Beef: 330 grams  Beef round roast 1 clove  Garlic 1  Salt and pepper 1  Herb salt (I used Krazy Salt) 1  Olive oil 2  sheets Aluminum foil For the sauce: 1/2  ◎Onion (medium) 1 clove  ◎Garlic 1 piece  ◎Ginger 100 ml  Red wine 100 ml  ☆Soy sauce 50 ml  ☆Water 1 tsp  ☆Sugar 1 tsp  ☆Lemon Juice (I used Pokka Lemon) 1 tsp  ☆Worcester sauce (I used Bulldog) 1 dash  ☆Black pepper 1 dash  ☆Thyme As needed: 1  Horseradish 1  Wasabi Steps Remove the meat from the refrigerator and thaw at room temperature.
